Milkana, Bresso, Géramont, Fol Epi und Saint Albray are amongst the top 20 cheeses sold in Germany. Our portfolio also includes gourmet brands like Brunch, Saint Agur and Chavroux, as well as international specialities available from the cheese counter.
BRESSO has been serving up Provence since 1976. Bresso’s speciality fresh cheeses with aromatic herbs provide a taste of the good life in every bite.
MILKANA is our traditional brand from the Allgäu region. Milkana has been a staple for (almost) every German family since 1952 – and it’s as fresh as ever!
The somewhat different spread – since 1995. Whether enjoyed with a slice of bread or used in exciting recipes, BRUNCH offers a wide range of creative and varied taste experiences.

We develop innovative products and process-oriented solutions for industry clients in the food processing sector. Our focus is on applications for fresh and processed cheeses.
In cooperation with our customers, we develop tailor-made products for successful use in production. Thanks to our wealth of experience and expertise, we are able to quickly make new cheese applications ready for production – and for the market.
